Job Description

Our client is an accounting and advisory firm seeking a People Programs Manager. This person will lead people programs focused on recruitment, diversity, employee engagement, and employer branding.

 

  • One of LA's largest independent firms
  • Role is remote from the West Coast with one day a month in office or Hybrid from Los Angeles, CA.
  • Opportunity to design and lead people programs

 

The People Programs Manager will partner with the Chief People Officer to lead the firm in people programs. This person will own full-lifecycle recruitment for assigned campus roles, accelerate and enhance DEIA strategy, design and develop employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace, and build a data-driven strategy that defines and develops the firm's employee value proposition to increase brand awareness.

 

In addition, we are also looking for: 

  • 5+ years of People/HR experience, with experience in two or more of the four dimensions of the role (campus recruiting, DEI, people programs and employer branding)
  • Demonstrated prior experience of designing, developing and delivering people programs
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to make recommendations through judgement that is consistent with company standards, practices, policies, or local governing laws
  • An enterprising spirit- adaptability and flexibility are important as we continue to grow our business
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
