Reporting to the Head of HR, Asia, this role will oversee the HR Operation function including: HR analytics, Employee mobility, HRIS data management, exit interviews and contracts and letter generation. You will not only play a key role in recruitment but also act as first point of contact for the regions employees regarding HR related Enquiries.
We are looking for an HR Operations specialist with a minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably gained from retail and multinational organizations. You will possess strong interpersonal skills, who is able to build and maintain a positive relationship with stakeholder. It is essential that you have good numerical and analytical skills. This role will require someone who can embrace challenges and work in a fast paced environment.
We are also looking for:
• Degree qualification or above
• A proactive individual with a Can-Do attitude and passion for the brand
• Someone with workday experience will be highly beneficial
• Language fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
