A large blue chip professional services company which is continuing to hit its targets during the current crisis is looking for senior Performance & Rewards Leader to support one of its key business portfolio across Asia Pacific.

Reporting to the Head of HR for Asia Pacific for the business unit, you will be responsible for developing competitive compensation and benefits packages with a focus on rewarding for high performance to help support the company being an employer of choice. As part of this you will ensure reward programmes are aligned with business needs, market trends and the broader HR strategies. You will work closely with note the regional HR teams and key business stakeholders will drive the annual salary and bonus cycles.
The ideal candidate will be university educated with a degree in human resources or other business related subject, and will be highly numerate with strong analytical skills. You should possess a broad knowledge of compensation and benefits experience including, but not limited to, drafting rewards policies, designing long term incentives, creating recognition programs, setting up benchmarking frameworks and designing benefits structures. Additionally you should have good interpersonal skills and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
We are also looking for:
• Minimum 12 years’ in depth compensation and benefits experience across Asia Pacific
• Strong communication skills with the ability to face off across all levels of the business
• Flexible and adaptive with excellent time managements and prioritisation skills
