• Manage the recruitment function for 4 business division
Reporting to a business director, you will be responsible for all levels of recruitment. Specifically, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative staffing strategies, as well as being hands on sourcing the best talent in the market. Working closely with the management team you will assess and recruit best talents for the company while building a talent pipeline for critical roles.
We are looking for a passionate talent acquisition specialist with a minimum of 6 years’ recruiting experience gained from sizable multinationals, and experience within the media or entertainment industry would be highly advantageous. The successful individual will have demonstrated solid recruitment skills and proven track record of internal stakeholder relationship management. In addition, we are also looking for:
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
• Strategic mind-set yet hands-on practical approach
• Outstanding communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
