Our client is a boutique investment management firm looking to hire a Recruiter for their London office.

This role focuses on proactively identifying and developing a pipeline of talent for the key business units. You will be responsible for covering all aspects of the hiring process, from taking the client brief to closing the deal.
A person in this role is required to have a high level of commercial awareness suitable for creating innovative and strategic recruitment plans and providing advice to business managers and stakeholders. A critical purpose of this role is to decrease cost and time to hire whilst improving candidate experience within the business.
This role will suit someone with a previous experience of performing well in a highly service driven environment, ideally from investment management or broader financial services industry.
We are looking for strong stakeholder management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with varying priorities. It is important you have a hands-on attitude and are willing to work autonomously. In addition, we are looking for:
- Experience recruiting for financial services organisations
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Willingness to learn and aptitude to work flexibly
