Recruiter – New York City
A mission-driven and innovative start-up is looking for an energetic and passionate Recruiter to be based in their New York City office! You will be trusted to manage 360 recruitment for a variety of roles across the business.

In this role, you will partner with managers and heads of business to source candidates for roles at various levels. You will utilize an ATS and creative sourcing techniques to screen candidates, manage the interview process, and create an overall outstanding candidate experience. As the company expands locations, you will play a key role in maintaining a people-first approach and supporting sustainable scalability of the business.
The hiring manager is looking for extremely pro-active recruiters who get excited about building relationships and partnering with the business. You will be comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments, and have the ability to work autonomously if needed.
You must have:
- 3+ years of corporate recruitment experience
- Excellent client-service skills
- Creative candidate sourcing experience
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
