A fast pace IT start-up is looking for an experienced and hands on Recruiter for South East Asia:-

Take ownership of the end to end talent acquisition process from sourcing to on boarding

Manage talent searches on a predefined timeline

Foster dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers

Implement winning sourcing strategies to fill critical roles
Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for recruiting for positions in South East Asia and working closely with all hiring managers. You will need to establish your own processes and
You will be university educated with international exposure. A willingness to be hands on is essential as well as a proven track record in being able to build strong relationships at all levels. You will be confident and have strong influencing skills.
In addition to excellent problem solving skills you will have the following –

Minimum of three to five years of recruitment experience in house or on the agency side

Previous experience of recruiting for the IT industry is strongly preferred
-
Experience if prioritizing in a fast pace environment is essential
- Experience of recruiting for other countries in the region as well as Singapore is a plus
