Recruiting Operations – New York City
A mission-driven tech start-up is looking to hire a Recruiting Operations Specialist to support and manage global recruitment efforts at their NYC office.

In this role, you will support and help manage end-to-end recruitment policies, processes, and infrastructure in order to allow the recruitment function to run as smoothly as possible. You will also handle vendor management, work with the analytics team to manage appropriate operational and people-related software metrics, and develop a small team of coordinators and associates.
The ideal candidate at least 3 years of operations experience, and must be a confident, strategic thinker who can present creative ideas that are grounded in data to senior stakeholders. Additionally, you will work closely with the company systems and data, thus you must have previous experience with Greenhouse.
In Addition You Should Have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment Operations
- Greenhouse ATS expertise is required
- Interest in health and well-being is a plus!
