Based in Hong Kong, our client is looking for a Recruitment and HR Manager to join the team to focus on recruitment strategy and HR projects and operations for Hong Kong.

Reporting to the HR Director, you would work closely with the HR team and partners to understand the resourcing and succession planning needs. You would need to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while providing sound advice, develop tailored sourcing strategies for all roles, end to end recruitment for all lateral and graduate hires, work closely with vendors, handle all L&D and training needs, succession planning, performance management and manage the systems and continuously look to improve the process and service levels while keeping up to date with the market and trends. You would also have the chance to get involved in interesting HR projects and initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you must have solid HR and recruitment experience. Fluency in English and Chinese is a must.
In addition to this we are also looking for:
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience in-house
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
• Proactive, detail-oriented, strong time management skills, solid interpersonal skills, a team player and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
