Recruitment and Safety Manager for Moving & Storage Services – Boston, MA
A fast-growing Moving & Storage company is seeking to hire a Recruitment and Safety Manager to support their growing business in the Greater Boston Area.

In this role you will recruit potential drivers, helpers and foreman while also managing operational, compliance, and HR related duties for them. You will also be tasked with preparing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety as well. You will ensure employees meet DOT requirements and company standards, establish, follows and enforce safety standards and procedures in compliance with a healthy work environment and legal requirements while also working with employees around their payroll and benefits.
This role requires strong communication skills as you will be tasked with onboarding and managing staff. You should also have strong decision making and problem solving skills as well.
You Must Have:
- At least 2 years’ previous experience working in an HR, Compliance or a Recruiting role
- Must be able to effectively and accurately complete work with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrate confidentiality standards and judgment in handling personal information
- Must be self-motivated, able and willing to work independently and get results
