Our client, a leader in its industry, is seeking an outgoing, forward-thinking and passionate recruiter to join their established team in Hong Kong

Reporting to the Talent Management lead, you will be responsible for the recruitment of experience legal consultant. As such you will need to work closely with business leaders to guide and assist them, translate workforce into recruitment strategies to implement in a creative and cost-effective timely manner in the recruitment function. In additional, you will be the source of ideas for designing a strong candidate experience from employer branding, recruitment process all the way to on boarding. In additional, you will be involved in C&B support. We are looking for a passionate recruitment professional who has strong track record in a recruitment partner role. To be successful in this role, you will need to have worked in a fast paced environment and to have a strong commercial mindset.
In addition to this we are also looking for:
• Minimum of 2 years of hands on recruitment experience gained either from recruitment agency or in-house
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written English is a must and fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin would be advantageous
• Someone who is eager to learn and with a strong proactive approach
• For more junior candidates they would be considered for an Analyst position
