Our client has two new positions working with their experienced hire division.
- London based.
- Languages essential (Italian, French or Dutch).
Working within a newly formed team you will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment within the European markets. This will cover all aspects of the hiring process, from taking the client brief to closing the deal. As with most internal recruitment roles you are required to look at aspects of direct sourcing but you are given the freedom to use external sources as/when you need to, this is about finding the best solution for the client rather than the cheapest methodology. You will be required to do some travel across the region, this might be more pronounced initially as you develop your key relationships, but it is part of the role and needs to be expected.
The ideal person for the role will have a string recruitment background ideally within the professional services space and with some EMEA exposure. An additional language to English is essential and we are open to looking at people from both agency and in-house roles due to the tricky nature of the position. The role is considered a true partnership position and therefore exceptional relationship building skills are required and will need to be demonstrated throughout the process. This is also a new role so this individual will need to develop the role a little which will mean some additional project work. Alongside this we are also looking for:
- An individual with an undergraduate degree.
- Experience in recruiting within professional or financial services.
- Great relationship building skills.
