Our client is one of the world’s largest investment funds. With more than 500 people from 38 nations based in London, Oslo, New York, Singapore and Shanghai they are a very diverse business with further growth and opportunities planned. They are now looking to hire an established Global Recruitment Partner to support the business across their key locations.
As a proven Recruitment Manager you must be used to working directly with the business and have the ability to influence and provide strategic input at all stages of the recruitment process. The CEO and business prides itself on the focus it has on its people and as this is one of their most visible roles you must love to interact with people and take pride in providing excellent service to all stakeholders. Their focus is to deliver a value-added service and function as trusted advisors to the hiring managers, and to give the best candidate experience to the applicants.
Most searches are run by external search firms which allows the role to focus on high quality attraction and assessment. There is co-ordination support to assist on process management, but you will also need to become a country expert for the US, UK, Singapore and Shanghai. Travel to some of their international locations will be expected at certain times of the year.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in investment management or broader financial services and be able to work well both individually and as part of a wider team. You will need to have experience of managing all aspects of the in-house recruitment cycle. You must be highly ethical in your approach and understand the true value of a strong recruitment and search process.
