Position and department:

The Talent Acquisition team sits within the HR Function. The TA function is responsible for recruitment activity across all internal business disciplines. All aspects of recruitment are covered within Talent Acquisition which covers the European branches of the business. 

They are now looking to add a Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator to the team in Europe to support our hiring efforts, including internal recruitment and transfers, and early talent initiatives. 



  • Post job adverts on LinkedIn and other job boards

  • Update the internal job board with recruitment vacancies

  • Screen CVs and online job board applications

  • Ownership and management of the recruitment inbox and responding to queries

  • Supporting TA to ensure all GDPR regulations are met in the management and storage of candidate and employee personal data

  • Provide operational and administrative support with recruitment events and activities such as career fairs, job fairs etc

  • Support TA and the HR Business Partners with early talent initiatives – intern programmes, apprenticeship schemes and graduate hiring, and liaise with external institutions as applicable (for example universities and charity organisations)

  • Support the collation and tracking of recruitment diversity data

  • Support the internal recruitment efforts by coordinating internal transfers, working closely with the HR Business Partners, HR Operations team and the Internal Mobility team where required

  • Support the roll out of an ATS



  • Demonstrable experience in working within a People/HR or Recruitment function

  • Experience in working directly with the business to ensure proper coordination

  • Good organisational skills

  • Intermediate Excel skills

  • Ability to perform in a time pressured environment

  • Excellent communicator (both written and verbal)

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to give constructive feedback

  • A self-starter, who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team across global locations
