Our client is a top investment management frim looking for a highly motivated HR/Recruitment Coordinator to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. This person must be intellectually curious with strong attention to detail. This person will work on a number of simultaneous projects with minimal supervision and must be able to adapt quickly and smoothly to new challenges as they arise.
In this challegning role you will be responsible for supporting Internal recruiters to manage full life-cycle recruiting process: maintaining and tracking all recruitment activity in a web-based system including candidate information and feedback, candidate activity, offer approvals and new hire paperwork, travel arrangements and recruitment-related expenses. You will also operate as a point person person for contractors in the UK including budget approvals, on-boarding, renewals and invoices.
We are looking for someone with a previous experience in HR or recruitment, ideally from financial services or professional services environment. In addition, we are looking for:
- Strong academic record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
