Job Description
Duties & responsibilities:

Liaise with recruiters, internal hiring managers and candidates on logistics, including interview scheduling, program management, and candidate experience

Maintain candidate data in the Firm’s applicant tracking system and recruiter tracking systems including resumes, interview notes and candidate status

Attend team meetings, taking minutes and running point on follow-up action items

Leverage recruiting data to prepare recruiting updates for Hiring Managers

Schedule conference calls, secure conference rooms for interviews, manage travel planning (for recruiters and candidates) and ensure invoices and expenses are paid in a timely fashion

Work on Academy recruiting strategy and initiatives with the other members of the team

Once the Firm has returned to the office, there will be potential need for travel to campus recruiting events
Background:
-
At least 1 year of coordination experience from a top tier financial services firm or MNC
-
Must already be based in Hong Kong
