Our client is a leading financial services company who are looking for a new recruitment leader.

With a dual reporting line to the global headquarters and the local management you will be responsible for managing a large team of pro-active recruiters. This is predominantly a management role and the person coming in will need to manage all reporting, both to local and global management while also ensuring that the recruitment team are hitting their targets and delivering for the needs of the business. Alongside this you will also be challenged to develop the team so that future leaders are continually developed.
We are looking for someone that who is ideally bi-lingual in both English and Cantonese and who has managed a team of 20+ people. We are completely open with regards to the sector experience and are just looking for someone that has the ability to not only manage a team but who can also manage upwards to senior level executives. Alongside this we are also looking for:
- A strategic HR leader.
- An individual who can present to the board.
- Someone who has worked for an international organisation.
