Leading a large recruitment across multiple locations, you will consult with senior managers to strategise, identify and define current and future staffing needs in support of the company’s business objectives and increasing hiring demands.  You will be responsible for providing overall leadership, management and development of staff to build a world-class talent acquisition organisation and will partner with the broader international recruitment team to ensure technology solutions deliver a more integrated and seamless approach to fulfilling talent acquisition needs.  You will consult and advise senior business leaders on recruitment strategies and solutions to sustain and support business success.  Additionally you will establish performance metrics to continually assess the effectiveness of the team and its progress.

You will be an exceptional leader and will be recognised for achievements related to hiring, retaining and developing a high performing team supporting both a volume based and specialised skills based recruitment environment.  You will have a strong, demonstrated leadership capability in addition to well-developed interpersonal skills with a proven technical expertise in recruitment, and a strong focus on innovation.  You will have outstanding communication skills with the ability to fluently articulate business strategy and operations, translating organisational strategies into clear objectives and business actions.   We are also looking for:

  • Minimum of 15 years’ progressive experience in recruitment, talent management and organisational design
  • Minimum five years in a leadership recruitment role managing large teams delivering global recruitment solutions
  • Experience working in a rapidly changing, highly complex matrixed environment
  • Exposure to international HR operations required
