Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for implementing resourcing solutions for the technology desk and be a brand ambassador to effectively attract high caliber candidates to the group. You will also work with HR and line managers on headcount and recruitment budgets, and take the lead on the delivery of overall resourcing strategy for the business.
We are looking for a strong individual with a minimum of 10 years full spectrum recruitment experience, who will manage the entire process from candidate sourcing and interviewing until offer management, as well as possessing experience in well-structured organization. This role will require outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proactive and creative approach.
The following attributes and skills would also be essential:
• A degree education
• A mix of in-house and recruitment agency background
• Language fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong gravitas and an out-going personality
