Our client is a prominent retailer in Hong Kong that is expanding its business into China and APAC regions. They are currently hiring for a results-driven and innovative recruitment manager to join as part of the HR team.
Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, you will take ownership and be heavily involved in hands on recruitment on top of driving people strategies. You will determine current staffing needs and produce headcount forecasts, develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans, lead employer branding initiatives, perform end to end sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs, take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience, assist in employee retention and talent development, organise and/or attend career fairs, assessment centres and build good relationships with external vendors e.g. recruitment agencies, and use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
To qualify for this role, you will have proven experience as a recruitment manager managing volume recruitment, and be proficient with the latest selection recruitment methods, trends, and effective use of social media and job boards. You will be proactive to work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the duties and competencies of respective roles, also being a strong communicator and forward thinker to challenge status quo.
