Reporting into the HR Director APAC, you will assume full responsibilities to the talent acquisition function from end to end recruitment, to driving talent and employer branding strategies. You will be proactive and creative in sourcing ‘on-brand’ talents whilst ensuring positive candidate experiences and driving talent attraction and retention strategies. Apart from enhancing the company’s presence on employment events and job fairs, you will also be building good relationship with vendors such as recruitment agencies and other social medial channel providers. There will also be ad hoc HR reportings and projects as assigned.
Qualified candidates will ideally be overseas returnee with at least 6+ years hands on recruitment experience acquired from recruitment agencies and/or with professional services OR technology industry knowledge. You will demonstrate a stable career track record and a proactive/ results driven mentality. Spoken and written English AND Chinese will be required for this role. Immediate available candidate will be highly regarded.
