Based in Hong Kong, our client is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join the team to focus on recruitment strategy and operations for Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer, you would work closely with the HR team and partners in the region to understand the resourcing and succession planning needs. You would need to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while providing sound advice, develop tailored sourcing strategies for all roles, end to end recruitment for all lateral and graduate hires, work closely with vendors, manage the systems and continuously look to improve the process and service levels while keeping up to date with the market and trends.
To be successful in this role, you must have solid HR and recruitment experience ideally within a law firm whether in-house or with an agency. Fluency in English is a must while Cantonese and Mandarin would be highly desirable.
In addition to this we are also looking for:
- Minimum 6 years of HR experience in-house at an international law firm or with legal recruitment agency experience
- Strong communication skills in English with Cantonese and Mandarin being an advantage
- Proactive, detail-oriented, strong time management skills, solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
