A global IT Solutions company is looking for an experienced and hands on Recruitment manager for South Asia:-
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Attract, assess and deliver highly engaged talent to the business
• Responsible for end to end recruitment process management
• Participate in strategic regional projects
Reporting to the VP for HR you will be responsible for recruiting for positions in India, Singapore and Australia as well as supporting the APAC leaders based in Singapore with their hiring needs.
You will be university educated with international exposure. A willingness to be hands on is essential as well as a proven track record in being able to build strong relationships at all levels. You will be confident and have strong influencing skills. In addition to excellent problem solving skills you will have the following –
• Over ten years of recruitment experience in house or on the agency side
• Experience of recruiting for the IT industry is strongly preferred
• Be both hands on and strategic
• Experience of recruiting for other countries in the region as well as Singapore
