Job Description

Elliott Scott HR is looking for a fast paced, dynamic and detail orientated Researcher with a positive attitude to join our team in Hong Kong.

As a key member of the team, you will provide both research and administrative support to the Consultants based in Hong Kong. Your role will involve a variety of different projects and tasks such as market mapping, candidate sourcing, management of the recruitment database, job advert analysis, reporting, and day to day administrative tasks. You will use your initiative to solve problems and have the ability to prioritise your work based on the needs of the team.


The successful candidate will be pro-active, reliable and a team player. They will be effective at managing their time, and will also be comfortable working in an international environment liaising with diverse clients, candidates and colleagues.

  • Degree qualification

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Research experience - ideally within the Recruitment industry

  • Flexibility and willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks

  • Excellent spoken and written English
