Reporting to the Head of HR Strategy & Operations and the Head of Talent Management, the Recruitment Strategy & Analytics Manager is eager to optimize recruitment operations through data and analytical storytelling. The Manager will help position the company as a leader in using data driven recruitment insights to hire the kind of talent we admire: bright minds who are satisfied only when learning, building and creating.
In addition, this person should have:
- At least five years of experience working in recruitment, with specific experience in data manipulation and analytics
- A results-focused approach and an ability to turn results into action. You approach elaborate tasks with a clear mind and logical approach
- An obsession with numbers, trends, and data. You love to use them to tell stories, to find improvements, and to celebrate success
- Experience working globally is highly desirable
