Our client is a leading luxury retail MNC with their Asia Pacific regional office based in Hong Kong and my client is looking for a seasoned C&B manager to join their established HR team.

• Working closely with a fantastic Regional HR Director

Reporting to a great HR leader you will be responsible for all C&B matters in the region. Specifically you will play a key role in C&B projects, C&B policy, communication of pay & benefit programs.
The successful candidate will have strong data analytics skills and have good client relationship management skills. You are a person with great interpersonal skills and able to build good working relations across the organization. Ideally, if you will have regional C&B experience.
In addition we are also looking for:
• 6 years of relevant experience either from consultancy or retail industry
• Fluent English and Cantonese is a must and fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous
• Excellent excel and HRIS skills
