A major Fortune 500 professional services company whose business is proving very robust during the current crisis is looking for a Benefits Manager to support one of its key businesses across the Asia Pacific region.

Reporting to the Asia Pacific Head of Compensation and Benefits, you will be responsible for the management of all the benefits programs in the region for the assigned business unit. This will include benefits design, benefits review, participation in benefits surveys as well as the communication of benefits policies and procedures to both managers and employees. You will need to keep abreast of market trends and changes to employment legislation across the region, analysing the risks to the business and recommending and implementing changes where necessary. Specifically you will be looking after the executive benefits program and will participate in benefits projects to automate and improve the employee experience.
The ideal candidate will be university educated with a degree in human resources or other business related subject, and will possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. You should have a comprehensive knowledge of human resources generally as well as advanced expertise in benefits across Asia Pacific. Additionally you should have excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate with senior management.
We are also looking for:
• Minimum six years’ in depth benefits experience across Asia Pacific
• Comfortable working in a fluid, fast paced environment
• Highly numerate with the ability to forecast and prepare budgets
