Based in Hong Kong, our client is looking for a Regional C&B Manager or Senior Specialist to join the team covering the Asia Pacific region.

You would report to and work closely with the Regional Head of C&B to align regional strategies, programs and initiatives. You would provide functional expertise and act as an advisor to key stakeholders on all compensation and benefits matters, including but not limited to, annual salary review, year-end process, salary and benefits structure, grading structure and other ad hoc projects. You would also review market data and trends regularly in order to review and develop appropriate guidelines and best practices. There is a shared services team covering the C&B operations for support, but you would not have anyone directly reporting into you given the matrix structure.
To be successful in this role, you must have solid C&B experience in a regional capacity.
In addition to this we are also looking for:
• Minimum 6-8 years of HR experience in an MNC and degree qualified
• Strong communication skills in English and ideally Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proactive, numerical, analytical, detail-oriented, strong time management, project management skills, solid interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
