My client is a fast growing market leader and they are looking for a result driven C&B professional to join their growing HR team. The company has a creative, forward thinking culture.

Reporting to a seasoned HR Leader you will be responsible for all C&B matters in the region. Specifically you will play a key role in C&B projects, C&B policy, implementation, administration and communication of pay & benefit programs.
The successful candidate will have strong data analytics skills and have good client relationship management skills. You are a person with great interpersonal skills and able to build good working relations across the organization. Ideally, if you will have regional C&B experience.
In addition we are also looking for:
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience either in a consultancy or corporate environment
• Fluent English and Cantonese is a must and fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous
• Excellent excel and HRIS skills
