Our client is a high-profile and progressive technology firm headquartered in the U.S.; currently hiring for a regional C&B specialist to join as part of the business expansion strategy.

• C&B Focused – 50% Shared Services, 50% Regional Projects Driven
This role will be a C&B focused position, assuming regional capacity and providing top-tier HR shared services including solving employee enquiries, insurance and benefits administration, HRIS (Workday) reporting and analysis and data consolidation. On a strategic level, you will be expected to drive compensation & benefits review through consolidating internal and external data and working closely with external HR Consultancies on market surveys exercises. Ad hoc projects will be assigned as the business expands.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with a minimum 5+ years C&B experience acquired from sizeable and matrix MNC environment. Experience from high-tech and innovative industries highly regarded; proficiency in both English and Mandarin will be essential as the role assumes regional coverage. Candidates demonstrating a can-do attitude and a positive mindset working within a fast changing context will help excel in this role.
