In this newly-created role, you will report to a senior HR leader and be responsible for managing the campus recruitment function across some of the best known brands in the market. You will also play a key part in developing creative campaigns and marketing strategies to attract talent across the world, making use of a wider range of media channels and technologies. Additionally, you will develop long-term sourcing strategies for critical talent segments and will work with the business leaders to develop a unique, relevant and compelling Employee Value Proposition.
My client is open to profiles from an employer branding or social media background who are interested in developing their expertise in campus recruitment. To be successful in this role, you must have good client management experience and a proactive approach. This person also needs to be hands-on and flexible when required. In addition, we are also looking for:
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience gained in an MNC
• Excellent social media experience is a must
• Have experience working with senior business leaders
• Outstanding communication skills in English. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin would be advantageous
Candidates with less experience may be considered for either a Senior HR Officer or Assistant HR Manager level.
