Our client is one of the top Corporate Services firms in the region. Due to the recent expansion in the region and they are now looking for a senior Talent Acquisition professional to head up their Talent Acquisition function.

As the regional Head of Talent Acquisition you will manage a team of experienced Talent Acquisition professionals across APAC and Middle East. Since this is a new role, initially your main task would be to set up Talent Acquisition best practices and review the current team structure. This would be reviewing current Talent Acquisition processes, policies as well as change management projects. At the same time, you will be tasked with developing an excellent recruitment strategy across different locations. While managing a team you will also be required to be responsible for executive search hiring. Also you will play a key role in establishing a strong recruitment presence within HR and business.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong track record of managing a sizeable Talent Acquisition team as well as excellent communication skills.
In addition, this role requires someone with:
Proven track record of building relationships with senior business leaders
Min. 12 years of Talent Acquisition experience with strong team management skills
Excellent business sense and commercial awareness
Strong APAC and international experience
