Regional Head of Talent Development, Americas – Global Bank - New York City
Our client is a major global player in the Investment Banking industry and they are looking for a senior Talent Development professional to be based in New York. This individual will lead the organizational development and learning function across the Americas region.

Your will partner with the Global Talent team and collaborate closely with global and regional senior stakeholders to develop and prioritize talent and learning strategy for the region. You will manage the regional Talent team to ensure that talent needs are met around identification, solution design and implementation. In addition to this, you will partner with colleagues globally to roll out integrated learning initiatives and ad hoc projects.
We are looking for candidates from reputable, global and matrixed companies (ideally financial services) who have proven experience in coaching, and employee development. This person must have a proven track record of effective stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate with vendors and colleagues globally. The ideal candidate will also have excellent project management skills and a strong knowledge of learning technologies.
You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of L&D experience in a global organization (financial services preferred)
- Substantial experience leading a team, in a regional role
- Expertise of L&D, OD, talent systems and design
- Proficient in MS Office
