Our client, a major global financial services organisation, is seeking a knowledgeable and fast-paced reward analyst to join their regional reward team.
Due to the growth my client is experiencing in APAC, they are now seeking a Talent Management professional to take on a key role on their established HR team.

Reporting to the HR Director based in Hong Kong and you will play a lead role in all areas of talent management. Specially you will be involved in new initiatives such as succession planning, employee development planning, and employee engagement.
While my client has some talent management programmes in place already, you will be responsible for setting up the function in this region. We are looking for a Talent Management professional or an HR professional with strong experience in talent management with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. To be successful in this role you will need to be comfortable in business partnering with the senior management team.
In addition, we are also looking for:
Eager to make a difference and has the ability to establish relationship with people from all levels of seniority
The ability to be hands-on and strategic
Excellent communication skills and while fluency in Mandarin or Japanese essential
A detail-oriented, team player, outgoing and self-motivated individual
