A financial services company poised at an exciting time of their growth is looking for a confident and highly motivated Regional HR Business Partner to help deliver their ambitious HR agenda.

In this position you will partner with senior leaders to formulate and deliver HR strategies to support the overall business plan. You will advise across the full gamut of HR activities from both a strategic and operation perspective including talent management, performance management, recruitment, compensation and benefits and learning and development. You will be heavily involved in various change management initiatives as well as the implementation of key HR projects, ensuring employee are fully engaged.
You will be university educated with a degree in human resources or other business related subject possessing a track record of building strong relationships within a matrix working environment. You will have strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and meet changing needs. You will have a hands on proactive attitude, and will be familiar with the relevant HR legislation across the region.
Additionally you possess the following –
• Minimum eight years’ HR business partnering experience
• Singaporeans only
• Strong regional Asia Pacific exposure, must have experience supporting India and China
• Possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
