Our client is a well-established retail chain in Asia. They are searching for an experience Regional HR Business Partner in Singapore to provide support to their Marketing and Customer Insights team.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be a strategic business partner to the commercial leaders by developing and implementing HR solutions to maximize business impact around culture, employee engagement, talent and organization effectiveness. You will also bring critical insights to functional leadership team on current and emerging capability gaps by leveraging on data, analytics, people assessment and external benchmark.
We are looking for someone with good business acumen and has the ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. You should thrive in a fast paced environment and have the ability to deal with ambiguity, tight deadlines, multiple priorities and demanding environments.
Ideally, you should have 6 to 8 years HR, preferably gained from FMCG and Retail Industries. In addition, you should have the following:
• Degree qualification (preferably in Human Resource) or above
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Experienced working in a matrix organisation
• Experience in dealing with diverse employee base across multiple countries in Asia
