Our client is now looking for a qualified HR professional to join their team in a strategic yet hands-on role leading the HR function for AsiaPac.

With a dual reporting line into the Global HR Director in the UK and a dotted line to the Head of the Region for Asia who sits in Hong Kong, you would play a key part within the leadership team. In a true strategic yet hands-on role, you would manage the HR & Admin function leading a team of 9; drive HR policies and procedures and roll out to respective regions. Working closely with senior management, you would focus on talent acquisition and talent management, performance management, training programs, employee engagement and retention, and building a unified culture and environment.

To be successful in this role, you must embody this and have strong relationships skills to build credibility in the business. You must also be able to deal with ambiguity and be flexible within a fast-changing environment.
In addition to this you should have:
- Minimum of 15 years of regional HR experience with experience in dynamic multinational corporations
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Solid communication and presentation skills, business-savvy, solid project management skills, managerial skills, analytical, organized and have a positive and proactive attitude.
