Job Description
Our client is a leading data platform with their Head Office based in Europe. They are now looking for an HR Lead to join their exciting international team.
• Regional HR Lead Role
• Good project exposure
• Great exposure to the global senior management team
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, International and the regional MD, you will be the key point of contact to the business in APAC. Specifically you will be responsible for the full function of HR such as recruitment, ER, L&D, C&B, and talent management in the APAC region. You will play a critical role in building a strong HR presence in the region. We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 8 years of generalist experience from MNCs and regional experience will be advantageous.
In addition we are looking for:
• Creative and proactive HR professional
• Someone who is happy to be hands on and also has the ability to be strategic
• Industry exposure in consumer or communication sectors
• Language fluency in English and Cantonese is essential and working knowledge with Mandarin would be advantageous
