A growing pharmaceuticals company is currently hiring for a newly created HR Project Manager position to join their team in Singapore.

Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Director and the team of the senior leadership team on HR projects, analytics, reporting, and materials development for the region. Based on the reporting, you will assist in coming up with operational procedures, SOPs, and workflow for efficiency. You will be overseeing regional projects in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, Training and Development, and Employer branding. As the custodian for the timeline of strategies and initiatives, you are required to be the point of contact for your senior leaders.
In order to succeed in this position, you should have strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in order to handle the fast-paced work environment. You must be driven, hungry to learn, and also possess positivity in your attitude. Understanding the nuances in providing a quality and consistent customer service for client groups will come naturally for you, as would having a sense of immediacy in attitude, initiative and capability being able to pre-empt situations before they arise.
You must have -
• University educated with a degree in Human Resources or other business related degree
• Minimum of eight years’ HR projects OR Business Partnering experience within an MNC
• Possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
