The Job:

Super opportunity to join this very successful global Professional Services firm as the Regional HRBP for a period of x7 months.  Working as part of a high-performance, progressive team you will provide strategic HR advice to the Regional Managing Partner, Country Partners and employees.  You will ensure Best Practice and a consistently high level of HR service including employee relations, process & procedures, policies and C&B.


Key Responsibilities include but not be limited to the following:

Business Partner:

  • Provide strategic HR advice to Managing Partner and Regional Partners and employees regarding employee relations, policies, best practice

  • Ensure global and regional People strategy is applied consistently and a high level of HR service is provided 

Recruitment and selection:

  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring Partner/Manager to ensure the right resources are in place 

  • Lead on all legal and business services recruitment 

  • Oversee preparation of employment contracts and make salary recommendation before an offer is made

Annual Evaluations:

  • Work closely with the Regional Partners to ensure key deadlines for the office are met 

  • Provide assistance and advice to staff throughout the process

Annual Compensation Process:

  • Assist with conducting salary survey and benchmarking

  • Work closely with the Managing Partner & Country Partners to ensure key deadlines for the office are met 

  • Provide clear guidance and advice on compensation and bonus proposals adhering to global and regional strategy


  • Oversee the administration of gym benefits, annual leave, sick leave etc.

  • Ensure all office policies are update to date and posted on Connect

Other administration:

  • Work closely with the HR Administrator to ensure HR data is always up to date, complete and accurate 

  • Work closely with Office Manager ensuring sufficient secretarial coverage at all times

  • Other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned



Previous strategic and operational HR experience, ideally in a legal, professional services or exceptional client service oriented environment  

Ability to proactively  identify critical business issues and deal with or escalate appropriately  

A positive can-do attitude - delivering consistently to deadlines and reacting positively to changes and conflict

Willingness to be hands-on with day to day operational requirements

A solutions and client focused skillset

High level communication skills, including drafting written documents, proof reading documents and verbal communication skills demonstrating accuracy and reliability  

Comfortable with ambiguity

Team player with the ability to work cooperatively and flexibly with a varied team of people

Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity of information and use discretion when dealing with such matters
