Due to changing market needs and expansion plans, an established international retail organisation with global footprint is looking for an experienced learning and talent development professional to start up their L&D function in Singapore.

- Stakeholders engagement
This role will be reporting to the Regional Head of HR and working closely with the Group L&D CoE. As this is a start-up role, you will be responsible for the development and creation of various development programmes for the region and setting up the infrastructure for this function. Being the only person in this function, you are also expected to run the full cycle of learning, training and talent management processes across the business. Additionally, you have to be the L&D partner to your management team and stakeholders and provide learning solutions that are in line with the business needs and market requirements.
The role would suit someone who enjoys working within an international and fast-paced environment, appreciates the value of engaging with various stakeholders, comfortable with public speaking, and able to communicate clearly with different client groups. You would need to have a sense of responsibility, initiative, and capability of being able to manage the deliverable within tight timelines.
You must have -
Minimum 7 years of L&D/Talent Management experience either from retail, financial services, HR consulting or FMCG industries
Ability and confidence communicate with stakeholders across various levels
- A self-starter, driven and able to work in a quick pace environment with a high level of results orientation
