Job Description

Our Client, a well-respected and established assessment specialist are looking for a Regional Practice Leader with 10+ years’ experience shaping, selling and delivering effective assessment-based solutions. You will be experienced and confident in describing the technical aspects of deploying behavioural, cognitive and scenarios-based assessment solutions, together with specific Asia-based assessment experience / must be qualified to PhD, Chartered or Masters in Industry & Organisational or Occupational Psychology.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the design and execution of go-to-market plans for assessment across the region

  • Shape innovative assessment solutions for clients driven by the assessment practice’s proprietary content

  • Work with the London team to develop sales and pitch materials, RFP content and disseminate bestpractice

  • Identify, shape and win client assessment based projects across the talent life cycle including volume assessment pursuits (e.g. graduate, contact center, retail)

  • Lead large, complex sales opportunities

  • Demonstrate the ability to be a ‘trusted advisor’ with clients

  • Work with the assessment practice to optimise the management of the partner

  • Model and promote a positive and professional work environment in everyday behaviour

  • Contribute to the content and management of regional “communities: of accredited assessment consultants and broader talent and rewards consultants to build knowledge, enable sales, and support best practice sharing

  • Effectively work with colleagues to sell & deliver work

  • Propagate a sales culture by mentoring others, prioritizing pursuits, emphasizing the value we place in new business, learning from losses, celebrating and sharing wins, and recognizing sales contributions of others

  • Demonstrate effective sales leadership behaviours, including team collaboration, creative solutions to win, compelling RFP writing, persistent follow up, sound judgment in scoping/pricing, and focusing on closing the deal

 

Skills/Experience:

  • Proven business development, sales, client management and brand-building skills
  • Strong drive and motivation to achieve results, deliver commercial targets and build market share

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to influence across all levels of an organization including senior management and boards

  • Ability to influence across a continuum of assessment buyers including experts in psychometrics through to novices in behavioural measurement

  • Demonstrate commitment to quality and continuous improvement
