In this newly created role you will lead the recruitment function in Asia, managing and developing a small team. You will work with the senior leadership team to set the talent acquisition strategy, helping build the company’s online presence and creating a pipeline of great talent throughout the region. The position will require you to revamp the existing recruitment policies and processes to establish a best in class recruitment experience for every candidate from application stage to offer. Additionally, you will develop long-term sourcing strategies for critical talent segments and will work with the global talent acquisition team to develop a unique, relevant and compelling Employee Value Proposition.
To be successful in this role you will be university educated with a degree in human resources or other business related subject. You will have strong analytical and problem solving skills and can think long-term around building a pipeline of talent for the business in Asia. You are driven to achieve results by ensuring recruitment processes deliver cost effective, high volume and at times, highly specialised, recruitment outcomes. Additionally we require the following -
• Minimum of eight years’ recruitment experience with a strong background in branding
• Possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Can operate within a very fast paced environment and influence effectively across the organisation
• Must be proactive with a logical, process orientated mindset
