A newly created role in Singapore with an established global firm. The role has been created to focus on harmonisation of Rewards across 8 countries and 11 locations with the aim of making Rewards meaningful and attractive to current and prospective team members. You will provide insights into current trends in the Reward space, analyse current offerings and make recommendations for change focusing on both legislative requirements and industry trends. You will also drive the Wellness agenda across the region in terms of implementing Wellness/Wellbeing offerings and promoting such to senior stakeholders and the wider organisation. The role will be a stand-alone role in Singapore reporting through a matrix structure to Hong Kong and then the UK.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong research, analysis and influencing skills. You will have at least 6 years of experience gained in either consulting or industry or a combination of both. You will be a confident communicator as you will need to articulate your findings to senior stakeholders and drive change.
