Job Description

Our client, a Global Fast Moving Consumer Goods company is looking for a motivated Regional Rewards Manager (APAC & MEA) to be based in Singapore.

Reporting to Director of Total Rewards APAC and MEA, you will be the Rewards Business Partner with Country HR leaders in developing and leading effective implementation of annual and strategic Total Rewards plan.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understands the needs of the business and provide rewards solutions for each region

  • Design, develop and implement group HR policies in conjunction with the guidelines from the Global Rewards team

  • Communicate effectively to the regional team leaders on performance and rewards programmes and policies

  • Ensure the employees understand how they will be evaluated, rewarded, or developed, according to their performance evaluation

  • Work closely with Global Mobility team, understand how it is driven globally and involved in improvement initiatives

  • Develop useful analysis to support salary range updates and salary increase budgets recommendations, document approach and rationale for review

  • Support the annual compensation review process

 

To be successful in this role, you should have with strong mix of experience in HR Business Partnering and Total Reward in a multicultural and diverse environment. We are also looking at candidates with legal working rights in Singapore. Ideally, you should have 6 to 8 years of experience, preferably gained from Fast Moving Consumer Goods with. In addition, you should have the following:

  • Degree qualification (preferably in Human Resource) or above

  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills

  • Experience working with Korn Ferry and Mercer

  • Good team player and ability to work well in a matrix organisation

  • Strong analytical skills

  • A proactive and independent individual
