Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will mainly be responsible for talent acquisition, talent management and employer branding activities across the region. This role will be involved in end-to-end recruitment cycle, advising hiring strategies and liaising with recruitment agency. Besides, this position will also cover internal mobility and performance review management. Other responsibilities will include employer branding such as providing support in campus recruitment and managing the social media.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organised and passionate Talent Acquisition and Talent Management specialist who can be a good team player. You will support the business in its talent development to foster internal mobility and help the staff to achieve their full potential.
We are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in a talent acquisition/talent management function
• Experience gained from sizeable multinational company (retail industry experience would be a plus)
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a language fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
