Reporting to the Talent Acquisition head, you will manage recruitment activities in the region and provide effective solutions to line managers on staffing issues. You will attract, identify talents and support the talent development plans in the region. Besides, you will provide end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing, CV screening, interviewing to on-boarding.
We are looking for 4-8 years of recruitment experience gained from a multi-cultural recruitment agencies ideally with in-house environment experience. Industry background is open and it is essential that you will have the experience and maturity to interview and evaluate candidates, and provide input and recommendation to line managers on hiring decisions. Knowledge of China market would be beneficial. In addition we are looking for:
• A degree qualification
• A warm and out-going personality
• A adaptable recruiter who can work under a fast-paced, multi-cultural and dynamic environment
• A language fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
