Reporting to a business leader, you will be responsible for both graduate recruitment and experienced hire managing recruitment from junior to senior positions in the revenue generating arm of the company. As such you will need to work closely with business leaders to guide and assist them, translate workforce plans of each business unit into recruitment strategies to implement in a creative and cost-effective timely manner in the recruitment function. You will also need to work closely with your US and Europe counterparts and build a relationship with the top universities around the world. We are looking for a passionate recruitment professional, and experience within the professional services industry would be highly advantageous. To be successful in this role, you must have solid end-to-end recruitment experience in an agency or in-house. This person also needs to be hands on and be flexible when required. In addition, we are also looking for:
• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience gained in an MNC and degree qualified
• Strong team player
• Outstanding communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
• Ability to engage and influence senior business leaders
