Team Leader Role
Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent & Learning, this role focuses on talent planning and will develop organisation capability and workforce strategy for future talent needs. You will lead talent conversations with senior leadership, run talent review, manage assessment as well as gap analyses. On top of that, this role will also look at strategic talent sourcing such as building internal and external pipeline, manage the design architecture of region wide talent acquisition strategy and identify new technology and innovation for talent sourcing and assessment solutions. Last but not least, this role will also drive employee value proposition and employer branding initiatives.
To qualify, you will have a minimum of 8 years’ relevant talent management experience gained from sizable, dynamic multinationals. Regional experience is preferred, where consultancy experience would also be useful.
In addition, we are also looking for:
Degree qualifications or above
A highly proactive individual with talent/ workforce planning experience
A modest team player with outstanding analytical and communication skills
Language fluency in English
