Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent, this role will support the deployment of the group’s talent initiatives in the region. You will drive and implement talent programmes, review tools and processes in close partnership with HR partners and internal stakeholders. You will work on succession, leadership, hi-po development, learning, performance management and organization effectiveness, aligning these with global to achieve growth objectives for the region.
To qualify, you will have a minimum of 12 years’ relevant HR generalist or talent management experience gained from sizable, dynamic multinationals. Regional experience would be a plus, as well as experience working in very matrix organizations. In addition we are also looking for:
• Degree qualifications or above
• A highly proactive individual with outstanding business partnering and communication skills
• Hi-potential talents who are mobile
• Language fluency in English
